An auto-responder is a computer software that automatically delivers emails. They can be very simple or quite complex. The sole point of using an autoresponder is to keep in contact with your List. Your list is composed of people who have faith and admire you and respect you as a leader.

So it is important that your auto-responder can do a couple of things very well.

3. Easy to Use? - Both are the same as both allow TXT and HTML messages but converting a HTML to a TXT in iContact sometimes requires additional changes as words get combined. Really frustrating. Also Aweber displays you the default width so you can sentence wrap lines for {smaller} screens which most people have.
Sending a HTML and TXT e-mail will help decrease your Spam score so be sure to include this feature when you can.
Use an auto-responder like Aweber or iContact that distributes from YOUR e-mail and not some generated e-mail address. Another auto-responder I encountered, Isoresponder, sends out emails that are from a complex generic generated email address which makes it harder for users to lock in the senders single e-mail.
Cost
iContact trial is for $1. Aweber basically gives you 30 days to test the system out and if you aren’t happy they will give you back your money.
So which one? In terms of which to choose, it really depends on your personal goals.
Both are great programs and if your list is small, the one deciding factor might be cost until you go over 250 prospects. If your goal is 250 leads then you’re thinking too small. Personally, I was fed up with iContacts HTML message copy to TEXT and having to change the mistakes of that conversion.
My full branded marketing system that generates leads even on auto pilot uses Aweber and that is more than enough reason for me to use it too.

PALM HARBOR -- Lorie Kane is a full-time member of the LPGA Tour and plays as
often as she can. Michele Redman retired from the Tour in mid August to become
the women's golf coach at the University of Minnesota.
Despite two different playing philosophies, both shot even par 72 Saturday to
share the lead after the first round of the Legends Tour Open Championship on
Innisbrook's Island Course. Legends Tour rookie Lori Atsedes, who teed off in
the first group of the day, is second at 1-over. Liselotte Neumann, Val
Skinner and Sheri Steinhauer are two back at 2-over.
Nancy Lopez was just one off the lead after her first nine holes, but faded to
3-over 75. Defending champ Rosie Jones, playing with Lopez, also shot 75.
Kane, 46, last played a little over two weeks ago at the LPGA Taiwan
Championship, where she made the cut. She played in 12 LPGA events this season
and made 10 cuts. Being tournament tested against a field that plays sparingly
is an edge, Kane said.
