You're paying entirely too much attention to these BS peak/max (aka, marketing) power ratings. Those aren't 1600w, not even combined, not even close.
12" Kicker CVR's are 400w rms each, so you're looking for an amp capable of around 800w rms.
The box is 2 ohms at the terminal so your best option for an amp would be a mono that's around 800w rms at 2 ohms. Anything 600-1000w rms would work well.
