The iPod Touch got all the features the iPhone 4 has, except the phone. iPod Touch 32GB 4G packs a range of new features keeping it line with the iPhone, and not to mention its thinner design.
With all the features from its previous models, the 32GB iPod Touch now has a camera which takes both stills and video and has a rear facing lens that allows you to use Apple's free-of-charge FaceTime video calling features, allowing you to make "Skype" type calls across the globe.
As with previous releases, most commands accessible via the touch screen, which share most of the users into two camps (probably a time Marmite - you either love it or hate it). The four physical buttons for Power / Sleep, Home and Volume x2. The touchscreen should be cleaned regularly because it quickly becomes covered with fingerprints. That said, it's a small price to pay for a friendly interface that is easy to navigate through all but the ham very stingy.
The new iPod touch is very similar to earlier versions, with the exception of the camera lens on the front and rear, and, of course, a slightly more thinner shape.
